Hank Skinner Status: Another Monday, Another Delay

The Supreme Court failed once again to announce their decision regarding Hank Skinner's request for a writ of certiorari.  The next time they are scheduled to make such announcements will be two weeks from today, 17 May.

You can read the story here.

Not much to do but wait. I guess you could read Part II of my post on Delma Banks. Last week, while delaying a decision on Hank Skinner, the Supreme Court gave Texas the green light for executing Delma, almost thirty years after the crime.

Sorry there is just too many questions about this man at www.hankskinner.com. He need to answer the question about how he got the codeine and why he was hiding instead of calling the police.

I think the bottom line is DNA testing will prove his innocence or guilt, so all the "questions" would be answered by this simple, undeniable test. No matter how incriminating the circumstances may be,things are not always as they seem. It should be a crime NOT to test the available evidence (DNA).
